If client elect to cancel this Agreement for any reason other than a termination of cause of Force Majeure, client agree to provide written notice to Hotel accompanied by the payment indicated in the scale below. This amount does not include porterage, housekeeping, service charge and event set up fees as they will not be applicable in the event of a cancellation. From the Agreement Date to 365 days prior to first arrival 25% of Total Contracted Revenue From 364 days to 180 days prior to first arrival 50% of Total Contracted Revenue From 179 days to 31 days prior to prior to first arrival 75% of Total Contracted Revenue From 30 days or less prior to first arrival 100% of Total Contracted Revenue
