WE SAVE WATER AND ELECTRICITY • We have installed water pressure reducers in our showers and flow restrictors on taps in common areas to significantly minimize water waste • We perform monthly consumption monitoring to identify and promptly implement further efficiency improvements • We have transitioned to 100% LED lighting throughout the entire property • We have equipped our back-of-house areas with motion sensors to ensure energy is used only when needed WE LIMIT AND SEPARATE WASTE • We have placed paper and plastic bins in all rooms • We have reduced in-room amenities, making them available "on request" to minimize waste • We manage waste in compliance with local laws and provide accessible information within back-of-house departments to ensure the whole team is well informed WE PAY ATTENTION TO OUR F&B OFFER • When selecting suppliers, we prioritize brands that share our values, favor local producers and fair-trade businesses • Our breakfast and restaurant/snack menus offer healthy choices, including vegetarian, vegan, and kosher options • Our menu follows the seasonality of the products
