This impressive DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes with 304 bedrooms built 360 degrees around Stadium MK, also home to the MK Dons Football Club, Arena MK, and MFKM Radio Event organisers can take advantage of some of the largest spaces in the region for events. Hold a Dinner and Dance for up to 650 guests or a conference for 1,000 delegates in the Ballroom. Pitch-facing event spaces with private balconies are ideal for groups of 10 to 110, and breakout areas serve 10 to 40 guests. For larger events up to 4,000 guests there's Arena MK. Milton Keynes is just 30 minutes by fast train from Central London and London Luton airport is just under an hour away on the M1. If you are traveling by car, we are just off the M1 and a 14 minute drive from junction 14. The local railway stations, Bletchley and Central Milton Keynes, are just 10 minutes away by taxi. DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes features an on-site MK1 Shopping Park and is just four miles from Milton Keynes Centre, home of one of the largest UK's shopping centres.

Post-war Bletchley Park became home to a variety of organizations including the General Post Office (GPO), the Civil Aviation Authority and a Teacher Training College whose numerous collective employees knew nothing about the enormity of the wartime work that had gone on in the buildings they inhabited. In 1974 FW Winterbotham, who had worked on Ultra at wartime Bletchley Park, published a book called ‘The Ultra Secret’; an extensive, although at times inaccurate, account of the work and accomplishments of the codebreaking hub. So the secret was out and the ban on talking about it was lifted although detail about ‘Britain’s Best Kept Secret’ emerged only gradually and sporadically over the years that followed.
