In August of 2016, chef Laurel Burleson launched the Ugly Apple Food Cart. She has been cooking in professional kitchens since high school and has a degree in hospitality management. After cooking for several years around Chicago and Madison, she saw how much was going to waste of this fantastic Midwestern produce. She envisioned owning a cafe that focused on delicious local produce. Hence, the Ugly Apple was born. Like the story of the Ugly Duckling, the Ugly Apple might not be bought at market but can still make a beautiful fritter. Located in the northern suburb of Milwaukee; Mequon. The Club overlooks the beautiful southeastern Wisconsin scenery. The River Club of Mequon has three distinct nines that provide an abundance of beauty and plenty of challenges. Built in 1963, it was these 338 acres of elegant terrain that allowed original course designer David Gill, with recent upgrades from architect Bob Lohman, to incorporate water, rolling grasslands, and fairway-tightening timber into an enjoyable and stimulating test of golf for players of all skill levels. Five sets of tees help to promote parity and add enjoyment in every round of golf.

취소 규정

Due to popularity of event spaces at MPM, we encourage you to book your event at least six (6) months in advance. However, the minimum notice is three (3) weeks to ensure proper execution of all event details. To confirm your date and space, a deposit consisting of the full facility rental amount plus 25% of estimated catering cost is required. The final payment is due no later than five days before the event. We are happy to place a complimentary hold on an event or meeting space for up to two (2) weeks without a deposit.

Additional details

MPM houses temporary Museum-produced and world-class traveling exhibitions. These exhibitions are for a limited time only. Make your event even more memorable by giving your guests an experience they won’t soon forget. Please see our current event guide for the latest traveling exhibition.
