The foundation of our product line is the renowned artwork of local artist David Crighton, who has been capturing the essence of your city through his memorable images since 1973. Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Located in the Shoppes at Brinton Lakes, the restaurant has a mid-century Italian maximalist vibe with bold patterns, vibrant geometric prints, and striking Ferrari red accents. The bar showcases a stunning pink marble horseshoe-shaped countertop with green leather stools featuring black-and-white patterned backs. Cozy U-shaped booths dressed in blue flame-stitch fabric are illuminated by whimsical silver pinecone lamps and separated by playful red-and-white dividers. The space is enhanced by custom-upholstered banquettes and uniquely designed tabletops in lively shades of orange, emerald, canary yellow, black, and white. Intimacy is fostered by solid wood and wallpaper valances framing pill-shaped windows. Terrazzo tiles in bold stripes lead to a charming outdoor patio adorned with scalloped lemon-colored umbrellas and rattan banquettes, offering a delightful al fresco dining experience.
