Facility Restrictions
The Andalucia Ballroom is our largest space and offers 2240 square feet and we can do 145 ppl for banquets, 96 ppl in a classroom setting, and 130 ppl in a theater setting. The Marbella room offers 1175 square feet and has lots of windows for natural light. Our restaurant Esteban has a private dining room that can also be used for meeting space and will seat 20 people in a conference style setting. Groups can also rent out the entire Esteban patio or portions of it for private events. All the event space is on the lobby level for easy access. We offer in-house A/V equipment with an LCD projector, built-in screens, newly enhanced sound system, flip charts, wipe boards, and polycom speaker phone. We can add additional A/V equipment upon request.
