Additional details
The Morgantown Event Center, which opened in the Summer of 2010 and is connected to Waterfront Place Hotel, is the state's newest and most modern conference center. The MEC feature a 22,946 sq. ft. meeting room with 30 feet ceilings. An expansive reception area lies just outside the doors to the state's largest ballroom. The MEC is the perfect venue for general session meetings, private awards galas and trade-shows and has hosted events ranging from popular rock concerts to prize fights.
