Our interior corridor property is located just off I-81, exit 8 and 1 mile from Walter State Community Expo Center and 5 miles from Walter State Community College. We are 30 miles from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the great Smokey Mountain National Park. We are not far from Dollywood. We are close to Walter State Community College, Super Wal-Mart mall, Cherokee Lake and Jefferson Douglas Dam. Across from Cracker Barrel restaurant.
