Conditions of Deposit: •We require a deposit of 10%b as guarantee if contract is definitive. •50% deposit until 180 days prior to arrival •30% deposit until 60 days prior to arrival •Balance after receipt of the invoice within 10 days Cancellation policy •90% of the room nights can be cancelled free of charge until 180 days prior to arrival. •70% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled free of charge until 120 days prior to arrival. •40% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled free of charge until 60 days prior to arrival •20% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled free of charge until 28 days prior to arrival •05% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled free of charge until 10 days prior to arrival – any further cancellations will be charged with 90% of the room-rate. Cancellation for the event rooms: - Until 240 days before arraival a room rental fee until EUR 2000,00 can be cancelled free of charge - From 240 until 60 days before arraival the full room rental fee will be charged - From 60 until 28 days before arraival the full room rental fee will be charged plus 50% of the expected food and beverage value will be charged - From 28 until 14 days before arraival the full room rental fee will be charged plus 75% of the expected food and beverage value will be charged
