Het Country Resort & Restaurant Bosco della Spina ligt 20 km ten zuiden van Siena, tussen de bossen van de Maremma en „Crete Senesi”. In een prachtige omgeving van Siena, nog steeds ongerept en rustig, is het hotel ontworpen door de beide architecten van de eigenaar, zodat u kunt genieten van het prachtige landschap van de Toscaanse heuvels. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing.
