Room Cancellation Policy: Between signing of the contract and 90 days before the arrival date, 15% of the original number of rooms and services contracted per day can be cancelled without incurring any penalties. All cancellations above this number will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate. Between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the original number of rooms and services contracted per day may be cancelled without incurring any penalties. All cancellations above this number will be charged at 80% of the contracted ate. All rooms cancelled 29 days or less before the arrival date will be charged at the penalty rate of 100%. All those percentages are not cumulable. Event Cancelation Policy: Should the Client cancel or amend the Event arrangements described above, a Cancellation Fee will be charged to the Client as per the below, who agrees to pay this compensation to the Hotel. 25% of total charges: 4 Weeks prior arrival. 50% of total charges: 2 Weeks prior arrival Full amount of total charges: 1 Week prior arrival
The hotel has 7 meeting spaces, maximum capacity being 350 in theatre style and 210 in Cabaret style.
