CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY THE HOTEL reserves the rights to cancel the event should the CLIENT fail to perform any of its obligations herein or in the event of the CLIENT insolvensy or if THE HOTEL has reasonable grounds for anticipating the same. (IV) In the event of contract termination by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply: - FROM signature of the agreement to 60 days prior to the event 25% of the total contracted value. - Between 59 to 30 days prior to the event, 50% of the total contracted value. - Between 29 to 7 days prior to the event, 75% of the total contracted value. - Between 6 days and the scheduled date, 100% of the total contracted value.
