Located on the fifth floor, there is a view of the surrounding area from some of the offices and meeting rooms. Nearby businesses include Indian and multinational companies working in the likes of banking, insurance and other service industries. Nagpur's economy is growing and the city is an important banking hub, hosting the regional office (and the gold) of the Reserve Bank of India. Other important industries in Nagpur include textile, tractor and confectionery manufacturing as well as state and central government employment. The business centre is close to many facilities and amenities including restaurants and entertainment.
