Hotel located in suburb area of Nairobi In Hurlingham. proximity to the major hospitals in Nairobi, Nairobi Hospital. Close to shopping malls as well as next to one of the major police stations in the city thus security guaranteed as well very close to State House thus extra security within the environment. Being a business travel guest hotel with major having an average occupancy of 70% and above on weekdays from Monday to Thursday then slows down on Friday and Saturday which we target the leisure market for occupancy to go up. On Sunday's it picks again with business travel guest. Major market segment are Corporate both international and local, NGO's and UN bodies. Request input on Leisure segment to fill in the gap for average room rate be 100%. Meeting space a challenge due to conference room sizes with the largest having a capacity of 80pax. Large group that would need to have residential conference for 100pax and above is not possible with our facility as room inventory is 96 room on accommodation and 3 conference room with 80pax, 45pax and 21pax respectively. Market segment for the property is as follows: Transient, Corporate, G&C, TLA, Packages/Specials.

Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult.
