Entumo Conference Centre at Enashipai is the quintessential meeting planners venue as it blends one of East Africa’s largest meeting facility with Kenya’s leading Spa Resort in one unique location. Be it an international convention, a large corporate function or an intimate private event, Entumo features a wide range of versatile meeting rooms, professional service and state-of-the-art facilities. In addition, you will have a variety of indulgently spacious accommodation to choose from, lovely landscaped gardens and a host destination. Depending on your Specific meeting or event requirement, our facility can be used as a convention center, a grand ballroom or for several smaller meetings. With a seating capacity of over 500 people, we will more than adequately cater to your needs. Advanced audio-visual technologies are available in all spaces as well as a dedicated team who understand the importance of service and attention to detail. For the more adventurous teams, we have perfectly manicured grounds by the lake where we can host tented meetings and active team building sessions.

Advance Deposit Payment • 25% on confirmation • Further 50% one month prior to conference date • 25% two weeks before conference Cancellation: • Up to one month prior – No Charge • Up to two weeks prior – 50% of total room revenue • Within two weeks prior to arrival – 100% of total revenue No Show Policy: Should the actual rooms occupied be less than the actual rooms booked, we will charge for the first night and term it as a No Show. Early Departures: Any rooms checking out earlier than the pre booked departure date will be charged at the full rate by the number of night’s i.e if a guest is booked to stay a length of three nights and they stay for two nights the hotel will bill for three nights.
