The Crown Hotel Napier overlooks the waterfront in the historical village of Ahuriri, Napier. The hotel offers luxury boutique accommodation and conference facilities in a picturesque seaside setting. The hotel has 42 guestrooms and suites, ranging from studios to one and two bedroom luxury apartments. The heritage suites and conference facilities, located in the original 1932 Crown Hotel Building, have been lovingly restored to reflect the history and opulent style of the Art Deco era. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation and/or reduction made between 14 days and three days before the Client’s arrival shall entail payment of compensation of 75% of the cost of the cancelled services. Any cancellation and/or reduction made in the three working days before the Clients arrival shall entail payment of compensation of 100% of the cost of the cancelled services. Where the group, or any room reserved by the group fails to show at the hotel on the appointed date, this shall be regarded as a cancellation, and the operator will be invoiced for the total estimated cost of the cancelled services. Up until 15 days before the Client’s arrival, 10% of the total price of the function or accommodation per day over the contracted period may be cancelled or reduced without compensation. If the amount cancelled or reduced by the client exceeds 10% per day over the contracted period, the compensation for cancellation or reduction shall be assessed per the Cancellation Fee Policy

The Crown Hotel's unique conference facilities are located in the beautifully refurbished, original 1932 Crown Hotel building, contemporary luxury apartments and new Globe Theatrette.
