MEETING FACILITIES The Maxwell House Hotel provides the flexibility of more than 26,000 square feet of versatile function space, and the professional expertise to make your event a resounding success. • The Grand Ballroom offers 7,448 square feet of space that divides into three individual rooms offering program flexibility and convenience. The Grand Ballroom includes our Promenade pre-function space with separate access doors just steps away from our complimentary parking. • The Crown Ballroom is a jewel in the Nashville area, with 4,800 square feet and exclusive location on our 10th floor this space offers stunning views of the Nashville Skyline and Tennessee’s rolling hills. • Completing our extensive meeting facilities are seven individual meeting rooms, one stately boardroom, and one outdoor pavilion creating the perfect setting for an outdoor meal or cocktail time. DISCOVER OUR AMENITIES • Located steps away from our Front Desk, Pralines Restaurant serving delicious southern cuisine for breakfast and lunch daily.
