Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION The group may not cancel the contract without incurring damages. The parties agree that in the event of cancellation of the contract by the Client, the Hotel has exposed itself to considerable damage and financial loss. The parties agree that the Hotels actual damages would be difficult to estimate accurately. Accordingly, the parties agree that such damages will be calculated as shown in the schedule below. The formula set forth in this schedule represents a reasonable effort on behalf of the Hotel to establish it loss prospectively and to represent liquidated damages: 60 days or more Non-refundable deposit 59 days – 45 days 50% of total group revenue 44 days – 30 days 80% of total group revenue 29 days or less 100% of total group revenue
