The property is located in Connaught Place, the main Business & Shopping area in the heart of Delhi, Designed in 1931 by famous British architects, Edwin Lutyen and Herbert Baker, Connaught Place is an architecturally uniform series of collonaded buildings, housing offices, shops and restaurants.
