Absolutely no twin beds, tour buses, welcome desks, trouser presses, bellboys, towel swans, or pillow chocolates. At citizenM New York Times Square we don't have meeting rooms.
Cancellation Policy
In general citizenM works with a 30 days cancellation policy for its groups. However, this is subject to change based on the group size. The cancellation policy will be clearly communicated in advance.

Our living rooms are relaxing, comfortable spaces filled with books, magazines and fun items from all over the world, so they really do feel like home. We provide fresh food, barista brewed coffee, signature cocktails, all served 24 hours a day. Because you never know when your belly screams “croissant". Also, if you’re still paying for your movies and wi-fi, then you’re staying in the wrong hotel ;)
