The Muse New York

About us
Located in Midtown Manhattan just steps from Times Square and Sixth Avenue’s corporate corridor, The Muse New York is a boutique luxury hotel and proud member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, offering a refined, intimate retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel features 201 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suites, including eight private balcony accommodations, where guests can enjoy elevated in room dining in an open-air setting for a quiet and refined experience above the energy of Manhattan. Ideal for corporate and group travel, The Muse partners with Convene 117 West 46th Street, delivering over 35,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space directly across the street. Little Opus Café & Cocktails, an all-day dining destination that transitions effortlessly from a refined café to a vibrant evening cocktail lounge. Recently recognized by The New York Times, Little Opus features thoughtfully curated menus, artisanal coffee, and craft cocktails, creating a dynamic social setting for guests and locals alike. Monthly live jazz, held the last Tuesday of each month, adds a lively yet sophisticated energy, ideal for informal meetings and small group gatherings. Launching June 1, The Pocket is the hotel’s signature cultural experience—an intimate jazz venue created by Michelin-starred hospitality veterans behind some of New York’s most iconic music institutions. Designed to evoke the legendary 52nd Street jazz clubs of the 1940s and 1950s, the space features exceptional acoustics, immersive sightlines, and a curated lineup of world-class performers including Wynton Marsalis, Mingus Big Band, Cécile McLorin Salvant, Donny McCaslin, and Lakecia Benjamin. An elevated food and beverage program complements the experience, offering dinner and cocktails in a sophisticated, club-style setting. Guests also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym equipment, along with a rooftop Alvéole hive producing the signature Honeyed Elenor, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and thoughtful detail.
