Events must end by 2:00 AM; no outside food or beverage; no smoking.

Contracts require a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance with final guest counts due seven days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event result in forfeiture of payments. Reductions to guest counts are not accepted within 72 business hours, and overtime charges apply for events running beyond the contracted time.
