Pauschalschaden/Stornierung: Wenn der Lizenznehmer eine Veranstaltung, die unter diese Lizenzvereinbarung fällt, storniert, verpflichtet sich der Lizenznehmer, MP die folgenden Beträge als pauschalierten Schadensersatz und nicht als Strafe zu zahlen, und die Parteien vereinbaren, dass diese Beträge eine angemessene Rückstellung für angemessene Schäden darstellen: a) Storniert der Lizenznehmer mehr als ein Jahr vor dem ersten Ladetag der Veranstaltung, behält MP die Reservierungsgebühr als pauschalierten Schadensersatz ein. b) Wenn der Lizenznehmer mehr als sechs Monate vor dem ersten Ladetag der Veranstaltung, aber weniger als ein Jahr vor dem ersten Ladetag der Veranstaltung storniert, behält MP die Reservierungsgebühr als pauschalierten Schadensersatz ein und der Lizenznehmer zahlt MP die Hälfte der verbleibenden Lizenzgebühren als pauschalierten Schadensersatz. c) Wenn der Lizenznehmer weniger als sechs Monate vor dem ersten Starttag der Veranstaltung storniert, ist MP die gesamte Lizenzgebühr innerhalb von zehn (10) Tagen nach Rechnungsstellung als pauschalierter Schadensersatz zu zahlen. d) Wenn die Lizenz zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt eine Veranstaltung absagt, bei der es sich um eine verschobene Veranstaltung gemäß Abschnitt 33 (unten) handelte, ist MP die gesamte Lizenzgebühr innerhalb von zehn (10) Tagen nach Rechnungsstellung als pauschalierter Schadensersatz zu zahlen.
