The Allison Inn & Spa, a luxury destination resort set on 35 hillside acres, blends naturally into Oregon Wine Country's Willamette Valley. The resort features 77 spacious guest rooms and 8 suites on four levels. All accommodations have expansive views, gas fireplaces, a terrace or balcony, spa-like bathrooms, inviting window seats and local artwork. Our signature restaurant, JORY, features Oregon Wine Country Cuisine with a garden-to-table seasonal menu coupled with our Wine Spectator award-winning 800 label wine list. Offering terrace dining in warm weather, a private dining room, and an open kitchen with informal counter seating for 10 persons. Small group dining options include our Private Dining Room and our Chef's Table dining experience. Menus focus on fresh local ingredients from the surrounding area and our 1.5 acre Chef's Garden. JORY Bar features extensive wines by the glass, seasonal cocktails and small plates menu. Weekend jazz entertainment on Friday & Saturday evenings. Complimentary Wine-Tender tastings most Thursday evenings showcasing a local vintner or winemaker for guests & neighbors to enjoy; plus outdoor terrace seating with fire-pit. Guests enjoy fragrant estate gardens and pathways connecting to our 7-acre vineyard. Meeting, social and wedding settings are thoughtfully designed to take advantage of vineyard views and state of the art meeting facilities. The Allison Spa (15,000 sq.-ft. space including 12 treatment rooms) offers an infinity swimming pool with outdoor terrace, fitness studio, nail salon and retail boutique.
