The Carnarvon Arms is the former coach house to neighbouring Highclere Castle, better known as TV’s Downton Abbey. The Grade II listed Carnarvon Arms Hotel is now a modern day country inn in Newbury offering outstanding food, a private dining room and stylish accommodation in 23 stylish en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen team use locally sourced ingredients where possible to prepare the dishes on the lunch and dinner menus created by Marco. As well as the à la carte, there is also an excellent value set menu available. The Carnarvon Arms is available to book for weddings and functions.
