Newcastle University’s city centre campus combines a historic setting with modern amenities. From meeting rooms to auditoriums, we can provide the perfect setting for your event and with our dedicated Conference Team. For those looking to host a large conference, the Armstrong Building has much to offer. Set within this Grade II listed building is the iconic King’s Hall. This impressive space seats up to 500 and is the ideal setting for ceremonies, concerts and exhibitions. The Herschel Building is a popular choice for conferencing comprising of a suite of lecture theatres adjacent to exhibition space and breakout rooms. The dedicated reception can be used for delegate registration and surrounding areas for refreshment breaks. In addition to visiting our cafes, restaurants and private dining spaces we also provide event catering. Our delegate packages and bespoke menus are delivered directly to your chosen venue.
