Executive Chef, George Francisco, creates modern Australian cuisine with a significant French influence. With three locations across the Estate and impeccable service, we will work with you to create a unique celebration for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. The restaurant is the ideal setting for an intimate dinner for two, small dining parties or private functions of up to 140 people. Roberts Circa 1876, in conjunction with Peppers Convent, offers a number of unique event centres which can facilitate up to 180 people. From product launches to conferences, private dinners and executive meetings, we have the ideal venue for your next function.
