About us

The Priory is a hotel of great quality and character set in secluded grounds in the historic town of Caerleon on the River Usk. We are just off the M4, less than two hours from London Heathrow, one hour from Bristol and Cardiff-Wales International Airport and 20 minutes from the Severn Bridge. The Oak Panel Room, with antique stained glass and ornate oak panels dating back to 1622, is ideal for private dining and wedding receptions. The atmospheric large bar area is perfect for socialising and holding informal meetings. The Hotel has 22 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Choose from sumptuous traditional deluxe rooms or more modern doubles, twins or family rooms all in an historic setting within the Priory grounds.
