About us

The Windward is a AA - four star guest accommodation, situated on the craggy North Cornwall coast where the Atlantic waves crash in, with fabulous clean wide sandy beaches and a superb natural environment. The Windward offers all the comfort and hospitality you need to make your 'home from home' a great place to stay. It offers a calm relaxing base to explore Cornwall and its many sights and attractions. The hotel has twelve comfortably appointed double rooms, ranging from two luxurious sea-view balconied premiers overlooking the beach to the very functional standard and twin-bedded rooms and a recently added single room. All the rooms are fully en-suite and well equipped. The Windward Bar is a place to unwind and meet up. Stunning seaviews, mouthwatering breakfasts and attentive service are all in store for the guests in the restaurant overlooking the beach at Porth. The Windward is the perfect venue for that special occasion or private party and takes bookings for groups of 10 or more.
