Onze grootste conferentieruimte is het indrukwekkende John Adams Lecture Theatre, dat plaats biedt aan maximaal 234 deelnemers in een gedifferentieerde theaterstijl en goed uitgerust is met de allernieuwste presentatietechnologie, waaronder een geavanceerd geïntegreerd audiovisueel systeem, een groot bioscoopprojectiescherm, podiumverlichting en roaming- en reversmicrofoons. Onze andere zes vergaderruimten, ZETA, PHOENIX, TOSCA, DITE, CLEO en COMPASS, bieden plaats aan 2 tot 70 deelnemers. Onze tentoonstellingsruimte wordt aangeboden aan leveranciers van producten en diensten voor fusieonderzoek. Ideaal gelegen in de foyer van de hoofdingang, waar veel verkeer wordt opgevangen.
