Het Toki Messe Niigata Convention Center in Niigata, Japan, is een ideale locatie voor vergaderingen, conferenties, seminars of andere soorten evenementen. De grote zaal met een capaciteit van maximaal 1000 personen is een comfortabele ruimte zonder pilaren. Gelegen aan de monding van de Shinano-rivier, in het hart van de stad Niigata, werd Toki Messe geopend in 2003. De faciliteit integreert een tentoonstellingsruimte die plaats biedt aan meer dan 10.000 mensen, 13 grote en middelgrote conferentiezalen, en het hotel, dat de bezienswaardigheid is in de stad Niigata.
