Best Western Plus Hotel Terre di Eolo ligt op een heuvel omringd door olijfbomen met uitzicht op de Eolische eilanden, op 900 meter van het strand in Mongiove. Het hotel is een oude rustieke boerderij, daterend uit het begin van 1900, volledig vernieuwd en omgeven door de natuur waar het sinds het begin van 1900 lokale producten produceerde. Dankzij de strategische ligging kunnen gasten gemakkelijk de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van het gebied bereiken: de Eolische eilanden, de toeristische Patti Marina, het natuurreservaat van de Marinello-meren en het kleine paradijs van de Caves Mongiove; Cefalu' en Taormina zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar in slechts een uur met de auto.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
