Het landhuis van de 18e-eeuwse Borgo Casabianca is een magische plek en het vriendelijke en betrouwbare personeel staat klaar om gasten te verwelkomen en te verwennen en ervoor te zorgen dat aan al hun behoeften wordt voldaan. Het 18e-eeuwse herenhuis, in dit Toscaanse 4-sterrenhotel, heeft 30 kamers en 6 suites, waarvan sommige nog steeds originele fresco's hebben. Binnen de oude structuur was het mogelijk om ideale locaties te creëren voor recepties, vergaderingen, feesten, gezellige kamers waar u kunt genieten van het plezier van de tafel, enz. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
