Crowne Plaza Borjomi ligt in de spectaculaire omgeving van de pittoreske Borjomi-kloof aan de oostelijke rand van het nationale park Borjomi-Kharaguali en bij de ingang van het stadspark en een van de belangrijkste Borjomi-mineraalwaterbronnen. Borjomi, vanwege het warme klimaat, de mineraalwaterbronnen en het bos, dat in de 19e eeuw een favoriet zomerverblijf was voor de Russische aristocratie en de naam „Parel van de Kaukasus” kreeg.
