Ikspiari heeft echter geen Disney-thema in de traditionele zin; hoewel er een van de grootste Disney Stores ter wereld is, is dit ongeveer het enige teken van Disney dat je zult vinden. Dat betekent dat als je winkelt voor die diamanten halsketting van 500.000 yen bij Tiffany's, je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken dat Goofy van achteren naar boven sluipt om je te verrassen. De verscheidenheid aan winkels en eetgelegenheden is wat je zou verwachten van een chique winkelcentrum. Er zijn ongeveer 120 winkels en restaurants, waaronder Mikimoto International, Godiva Chocolatier, een Planet Hollywood en een Rainforest Café. Er zijn ook enkele leuke speciaalzaken, zoals een winkel die modeltreinen verkoopt en een andere winkel die erg dure caleidoscopen verkoopt.
