Over ons

Hotel Egitarso is een driesterrenhotel gelegen aan de kust, in het midden van het strand en met directe toegang tot de zee. Het biedt een onvergetelijk verblijf op een exclusieve en bevoorrechte locatie, met een buitengewoon uitzicht op zee en een uniek adembenemend panorama op de prachtige golf van San Vito Lo Capo. De kamers zijn verdeeld in 2 aparte gebouwen die gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar zijn en dicht bij elkaar liggen. In het hoofdgebouw van Egitarso zijn er ontvangstruimten, bar, restaurant enz. en kamers. In beide gebouwen zijn er kamers met uitzicht op zee en kamers die uitkijken op de binnenplaats of de voetgangersstraat aan de achterkant. Het hotel biedt ook banketzalen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
