Hotel Monterey Sapporo is een hotel met een Brits thema, versierd met een gevel in koningsgeel en waarin de tradities van het moderne Europa, met name Londen, Engeland, zijn belichaamd. Het middelpunt van het hotel is een prachtige Engelse binnentuin, die van boven baadt in natuurlijk licht en overal versierd is met de kleurrijke bloemen van het seizoen.
