Neptun Hotel is volledig aangepast voor zowel zakenreizigers als toeristen. Het ligt in het stadscentrum, niet ver van het Kosciuszki-plein. Vlakbij zijn er de belangrijkste winkelstraten van Gdynia. Het hotel beschikt over 21 kamers. In totaal biedt het hotel 39 accommodaties. In het hotel is er ook een restaurant, een sauna en een fitnessruimte. Op verzoek organiseert het hotel integratiefeesten.
