Hotel Urbano V ligt in Montefiascone, een klein stadje in het oude Tuscia, tegenover het Bolsena-meer. Het ligt in een land dat de bakermat was van de Etrusken en is omgeven door een landschap van forten, kastelen en prachtige middeleeuwse historische centra, met een grote verscheidenheid aan routes. Het is volledig gerestaureerd in juni 2002 en is een van de oudste paleizen in de stad, waar adellijke families en pausen sinds de 14e eeuw woonden. Het hotel beschikt over 22 kamers die elegant zijn ingericht in klassieke stijl met antiek meubilair uit het paleis zelf, voorzien van alle gemakken en uitgerust zijn voor zowel vakantiegangers als zakenreizigers. Het hotel beschikt over een conferentieruimte voor maximaal 60 personen met moderne faciliteiten.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
