Gunstig gelegen in het hart van het zuidoostelijke deel van het Denver Metro-gebied, bekend als het Denver Technology Center. Denver Tech Center is een luxe zakendistrict dat bekend staat om een groot aantal vooraanstaande bedrijven. Gasten zullen het leuk vinden om op loopafstand te zijn van vele uitstekende restaurants en informele restaurants. Het centrum van Denver ligt op slechts 20 km ten noorden en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de I-25 of het Denver lightrailsysteem, op slechts 1/2 mijl van het Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center. Het Colorado State Capitol, 16th Street Mall, Ball Arena (Nuggets), Sport's Authority Field (Broncos), Children's Museum of Denver en de Denver Mint zijn enkele van de vele attracties in het centrum van Denver. Reizigers kunnen heerlijk winkelen op slechts 8 km ten zuiden van Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center in het winkelcentrum Park Meadows of in het noorden, op 10 km van Cherry Creek Mall.
