Lazensky dum Kijev bevindt zich in Frantiskovy Lazne. Franzensbad in een prachtig vlak en bosrijk landschap, op 440 m boven de zeespiegel, vlakbij de historische stad Cheb. Het unieke karakter, naast de locatie, het architectonisch ontwerp en de kwaliteitsaccommodatie, bestaat uit een breed scala aan diagnostische en therapeutische apparatuur, die een speciale en uitgebreide behandeling mogelijk maakt. De totale capaciteit is 121 bedden in 83 comfortabel ingerichte kamers. Er zijn kamers die zijn uitgerust met alle basisvoorzieningen. Alle kamers zijn uiterst comfortabel en stijlvol.
