Annuleringsbeleid

Gedeeltelijke annulering Vanaf de datum van ondertekening van het contract en tot 90 dagen voor de datum van het evenement kan 30% van het aantal deelnemers per dag kosteloos worden geannuleerd. Tussen 89 dagen en 30 dagen voor het evenement kan het aantal deelnemers per dag kosteloos met 20% worden verminderd. Tussen 29 dagen en 7 dagen voor het evenement kan het aantal deelnemers per dag kosteloos met 10% worden verminderd. Op 6 dagen of minder voor het evenement kan geen rekening worden gehouden met een vermindering van het aantal deelnemers en wordt het evenement volledig gefactureerd. Annuleringen die de in de punten 1.1.1 tot en met 1.1.3 vermelde percentages overschrijden, kunnen niet in aanmerking worden genomen en worden volledig gefactureerd. Annulering voltooien Vanaf de datum van ondertekening van het contract tot 90 dagen voor het evenement zal het hotel 30% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening brengen als administratiekosten. Tussen 89 dagen en 60 dagen voor het evenement brengt het hotel 40% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening. Tussen 59 dagen en 30 dagen voor het evenement brengt het hotel 60% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening. Tussen 29 dagen en 7 dagen voor het evenement brengt het hotel 80% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening. 7 dagen of minder voor het evenement zal het hotel de volledige waarde van het evenement in rekening brengen.
