Monte Verità ligt midden in de heuvels met uitzicht op Ascona en het Lago Maggiore. Het huidige hotelcomplex bestaat uit het hotel in Bauhaus-stijl en Casa Semiramis, die eenvoudige maar comfortabele accommodatie bieden. Het Monte Verità Conference Centre maakt sinds 1989 deel uit van de structuur en biedt een locatie voor wereldberoemde seminars en conferenties.
