In het westen van Asturië is het Palacio Arias Hotel een verplichte stop voor diegenen die willen genieten van een prachtig en historisch gebouw, met moderne apparatuur, en die met voortreffelijke vriendelijkheid willen worden bijgewoond. Het dorp Navia is de perfecte plek, aangezien u West-Asturië kunt bezoeken, zowel in het binnenland als aan de kust. Landschap, gastronomie, culturele en sportieve activiteiten maken deze regio Asturië, begrensd door Galicië, tot een bevoorrechte plek in het „Natuurparadijs”. Het hotel beschikt over zestien volledig uitgeruste comfortabele kamers. Het juweel van het hotel is de 315 kamer. Allemaal gemaakt van hout, biedt toegang tot de paleistoren, en als je eenmaal binnen bent, kun je de hele tuin en rivier van het dorp bewonderen. Het heeft een conferentiesalon en andere verschillende saloons die zijn afgestemd op de wensen van de verschillende klanten (feesten, vergaderingen). Op dezelfde plek als de Palacio Arias-tuinen bevindt zich „Arias Apartments”, functioneler, met tweeënveertig kamers en eenentwintig nieuwe appartementen met verschillende capaciteiten, en ook goed uitgerust.
