Over ons

Palazzo Zuppello is een adellijke residentie uit de 18e eeuw en een prachtig voorbeeld van Siciliaanse architectuur, die onlangs is gerestaureerd. Het is het enige hotel in het historische centrum van Augusta. De prachtige stenen bogen bij de ingang van het hotel katapulteren onze gasten in een sfeer waar verleden en heden, traditie en modern design een perfecte samensmelting vinden. Het viersterrenhotel verwelkomt onze gasten met verfijnde details, technologie en comfort. Onze 20 kamers, waaronder suites, standaard en superior, zijn een perfecte combinatie van oude en moderne stijl. Onze twee suites hebben meubilair en meubilair van prestige en ze leunen allebei uit op originele plankbalkons. Het hotel biedt ook vergaderruimte voor maximaal 120 podiumplaatsen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
