Ons Provo-hotel met 330 kamers ligt in de Wasatch Mountains, het enige hotel met volledige service op 80 km afstand. Het biedt 28.000 m² aan evenementenruimte, een aanvulling op het nieuwe Utah Valley Convention Center van 83.578 m² dat in 2012 werd geopend, op slechts een steenworp afstand. Skigebieden in de buurt maken dit een ideaal groepsverblijf voor uw evenementen in Provo, Utah. Twee verschillende vergadervleugels van respectievelijk 9.765 m² en 13.285 m² zijn gunstig gelegen in hetzelfde pand om tegelijkertijd plaats te bieden aan één grote of twee afzonderlijke groepen. Onze grootste vergaderruimte is de balzaal met een maximale vergaderruimte van 8.142 m² en een maximale capaciteit van 1.000 zitplaatsen. Maximaal 20 breakout rooms. Een gelaagd amfitheater biedt 120 zitplaatsen. Prefunctionele ruimte van 5.000 m² is ideaal voor netwerken en recepties vóór het banket en ruimte voor verkopers. Alle conferentieruimtes zijn uitgerust met snelle draadloze internettoegang.
