Annuleringsbeleid

Dit beleid is van toepassing als het hele evenement, inclusief accommodatie, vergaderruimtes en eet- en drinkgelegenheden, wordt geannuleerd. De annuleringskosten zijn als volgt: • Meer dan 120 dagen voor het evenement: gelijk aan het bedrag dat is betaald voor de borg. • 120 tot 60 dagen voor het evenement: 50% van de contractwaarde voor accommodatie, vergaderruimtes en eet- en drinkgelegenheden. • 59 dagen of minder voor het evenement: 100% van de gecontracteerde waarde voor accommodatie, vergaderruimtes en eet- en drinkgelegenheden. • Als een gast niet incheckt (niet komt opdagen), wordt een toeslag (100%) in rekening gebracht die gelijk is aan het totale tarief van de bevestigde kamerovernachtingen voor het volledige geplande verblijf. Annulering en verloop van de functies voor eten en drinken Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op kortingen in het aantal gasten voor F&B-functies: • 30 dagen voor het evenement: 25% van de waarde van het aantal geannuleerde gasten • 21 dagen voor het evenement: 50% van de waarde van het aantal geannuleerde gasten • 14 dagen voor het evenement: 75% van de waarde van het aantal geannuleerde gasten • 7 dagen of minder voor het evenement: 100% van de waarde van het aantal geannuleerde gasten

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Resort ligt op slechts 10-15 minuten rijden van de internationale luchthaven van Phuket. Sla rechtsaf en rijd in zuidelijke richting op route 4031 en sla dan weer rechtsaf naar route 4018. Het hotel ligt aan de noordelijke landtong van Naithon Beach. Het resort kan vervoer per privélimousine regelen of er zijn ook taxi's beschikbaar vanaf de luchthaven.
