Over ons

Radisson Blu Glasgow, gelegen in het hart van Glasgow City Centre, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het centraal station van Glasgow. In 2024 voltooide het hotel een investering van £15 miljoen, te zien in alle 247 slaapkamers en in de 12 vergader- en evenementenruimten. De nieuwe look van het hotel werd zorgvuldig samengesteld door de beroemde ontwerper Marie Soliman, oprichter van het gerespecteerde Bergman Design House. Het ontwerp weerspiegelt het luxe aanbod van het hotel, met unieke accenten van het plaatselijke behang- en stoffenbedrijf Timorous Beasties uit Glasgow om behang op maat te maken voor de slaapkamers in boetiekstijl. Het hotel beschikt over 12 vergaderzalen, waarvan de grootste plaats biedt aan maximaal 800 deelnemers. Na de investering bevatten onze vergaderruimten ultramoderne audiovisuele apparatuur. Ook zijn er twee nieuwe ontwerpen toegevoegd in de pantryruimtes waar deelnemers kunnen netwerken en ontspannen onder het genot van een kopje koffie of een hapje lunch, waar mogelijk met de meest verse lokaal geproduceerde producten. De Grahamston Bar and Restaurant biedt een eigentijdse ruimte met kamerhoge ramen om een hapje te eten, te ontspannen met een glas wijn van onze uitgebreide wijnkaart of bij te praten onder het genot van een cocktail bereid door onze mixoloog. Glasgow staat vaak op de lijst van de vriendelijkste steden ter wereld en is een stad vol cultuur die barst van de ervaringen en een warme persoonlijkheid. Het is gastheer geweest van een aantal internationale evenementen en herbergt musea en attracties van wereldklasse en diverse buurten die gemakkelijk te verkennen zijn. Het is een muziekstad van UNESCO die trots is op haar legendarische livemuziekscene en de thuisbasis van OVO Hydro, gelegen op de Scottish Event Campus (SEC).
