Lang voordat Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok terrein brak, stonden er drie prachtige bomen boven het gebied tussen Tonson en Langsuan, dat nu bekend staat als Sindhorn Village. Meer dan 100 jaar lang groeiden en bloeiden deze zoetwatermangrovebomen samen met de omgeving. Dit trio hield zijn buren in stand, van de flora en fauna tot de ontluikende menselijke ontwikkelingen, en zorgde voor schaduw en zuiverende lucht toen Bangkok uitgroeide tot een bruisende metropool eromheen. Toch behielden ze hun positie als steunpilaren van de natuur, gekoesterd als bewakers van de buurt, zelfs toen technologie en beton zich ontwikkelden. De architecten van Sindhorn Kempinski herkenden deze onschatbare schatten en zorgden ervoor dat ze hun dierbare plekken behielden, door het terrein zo te ontwerpen dat ze opnieuw konden worden beplant en konden blijven bloeien, waardoor de Chevaa-tuin en de hele omgeving werden verrijkt.
