Annuleringsbeleid

Als u om welke reden dan ook moet annuleren, hebben we een opzegtermijn van 48 uur nodig. Dit moet worden gemeld door te bellen naar 740.587.0001. U krijgt een annuleringsnummer voor uw administratie. Als u niet ten minste 48 uur voor de aankomstdatum een annuleringsbericht ontvangt, wordt het volledige bedrag per kamer op de geregistreerde creditcard bijgeschreven. Reserveringen die niet komen opdagen en niet worden geannuleerd, zijn verantwoordelijk voor de betaling van de volledige reservering. Voor kamersleutels die bij vertrek niet aan de receptie zijn teruggegeven, wordt een toeslag van $50,00 in rekening gebracht op de creditcard in ons bestand. UITZONDERINGEN: Voor de volgende datums is een annuleringsbericht van 30 dagen vereist. Alle kamerblokken, Denison-ouderweekend, Denison-afstudeerweekend, oudejaarsavond, Valentijnsdag, 4 juli en wandeltocht bij kaarslicht.
